Psychometric properties

The BREQ-2 was completed by 194 former GP exercise referral scheme participants and subjected to confirmatory factor analyses (Markland &Tobin, 2004). The model had an excellent fit to the data (Satorra-Bentler Scaled Chi Sq = 136.49, df = 125, p = .23; CFI = .95; RMSEA = .02, 90% CI = .00 - .04; SRMR = .05). The path diagram below shows the standardised parameter estimates. Cronbach's alpha reliabilities were as follows:
